Massage Services provided in the comfort of your own home or at Salt & Sage Day Spa in Simi Valley
Wellness Massage
The signature service. A combination of therapeutic bodywork, lymphatic flow, and deep relaxation. Loosens connective tissue, improves circulation, and soothes the nervous system.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A carefully systematic manipulation of the lymph system to reduce swelling, improve immune functioning, and help maintain proper circulation for overall health. Ideal for before and after many medical procedures.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep muscle techniques involving slow strokes, direct pressure, and friction. Targeting chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface.
Pregnancy Massage
Relieving the typical discomforts experienced during pregnancy. Encouraging circulation and relaxation. Must be past 12 weeks of pregnancy.
