This shift to virtual training allows me to offer more flexible scheduling options and reach clients regardless of location. It's perfect for those looking to enhance their fitness routine with expert guidance, whether you're working out at home or in a gym. For those who have been training with me in person, rest assured that we'll maintain the same level of personalized attention and effective workouts in this new, convenient virtual format.

I'm still offering appointments at my location at Salt & Sage Day Spa in Simi Valley.
